Believers Journal of Health Sciences (BJHS) is committed to protecting the intellectual property rights of authors while supporting open access to scholarly research. Authors retain copyright in their published work. Upon acceptance, authors grant the journal the non-exclusive rights necessary to publish, reproduce, distribute, display, preserve, and disseminate the article as the Version of Record in accordance with the journal's open-access policy.
All articles published in BJHS are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Licence (CC BY 4.0).
Under this licence, readers and other users may copy, share, redistribute, adapt, transform, and build upon the published material for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, provided that appropriate credit is given to the author(s) and the original source, a link to the CC BY 4.0 licence is provided, and any changes made to the material are clearly indicated.
Users may copy, share, redistribute, adapt, transform, and build upon published material for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, provided that they give appropriate credit to the author(s), cite the original source, provide a link to the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Licence (CC BY 4.0), and indicate whether changes were made. Reuse must not imply that the author(s) or Believers Journal of Health Sciences endorse the user, the reuse, or any adapted material.
Authors retain the right to share, reuse, and archive their published work without an embargo, subject to appropriate attribution to the original publication.
Authors are responsible for obtaining any permissions required to reproduce copyrighted third-party tables, figures, illustrations, assessment instruments, substantial text extracts, or other protected material. Where third-party material is not covered by the article's CC BY 4.0 licence, its copyright status or applicable reuse restrictions should be clearly identified.
By submitting a manuscript, authors are responsible for ensuring that the work is appropriately original, is not simultaneously under consideration by another journal, has been approved by all listed authors, does not knowingly infringe third-party rights, and includes relevant ethics approval and informed-consent information where required.
BJHS permits authors to deposit and share preprints through appropriate preprint servers or repositories. Authors should disclose relevant preprint versions during manuscript submission. Following publication, authors are encouraged to update the preprint record with a citation and link to the final published Version of Record, where available. Any subsequent adaptation, translation, or modification should clearly indicate that changes have been made and must not imply endorsement by the authors or BJHS.
Any individual or institution that identifies material published by the journal that may infringe copyright or other applicable intellectual property or privacy rights should contact the Editorial Office. A complaint should provide sufficient information to identify the material concerned, such as the article title, author name, publication details, article URL or other available article identifier, together with relevant supporting evidence. The Editorial Office will review the concern and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law and journal policies.
